End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any software, application, or service ("Service") provided by Moonlight Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part thereof;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
• Sublicense, lease, or lend the Service to any third party;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Moonlight Labs, LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Data Handling

Financial data accessed through the Service is processed locally and is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonlight Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
